In 1986 , starting from humble beginnings as a subcontractor, Giovanni always aimed for construction quality a value he passionately and devotedly instilled in the homes he built over the years.
In 2004,, he took a major step into real estate development, gaining the support of those who believed in his project from the very beginning.
By 2007 , as time passed, his son Michele Maguledda, who had been working alongside his father from a young age, carried forward the family legacy, transforming the way our company interacts with clients and positions itself in the market.
